Rates

Note: All rates are set and regulated by the State of California

Acknowledgment - $15 per signature

JuraT - $15 (per individual taking oath or affirmation and certificate)

Certified copies of power of attorney - $15 each

Copies of Journal Entry - 30¢ per page

Proper Identification Required

Please be prepared to present a legally valid form of photo identification at the appointment. We cannot notarize a document without correct and proper identification. Here is a list of acceptable forms of identification:

  • Driver's License
  • State issued I.D.
  • U.S. Passport
  • Foreign Passport
  • Driver's License issued by Mexico or Canada
  • Employee ID card issued by an agency or office of the State of California or any city, county or city and county within the state
  • U.S. military ID ( Common Access Card not accepted)

Unacceptable identification documents include: 

  • Social security cards
  • Credit cards
  • Temporary driver's licenses
  • Driver's licenses without photographs
  • Mexico Matricula Consular ID's
